You might receive a short, focused set of exercises, typically 2-4 movements, that target what your body actually needs, demonstrated and corrected in-office so you know exactly how to do them at home.

Most patients can fit their home program into 10 minutes a day. The goal isn't to add to your to-do list. It's to give you the smallest, smartest amount of movement that makes the biggest difference.
