If you're tense or dealing with an acute injury, you might feel mild discomfort during the adjustment and some soreness afterward, similar to how you feel the day after a workout. I always work within your comfort level and explain what I'm doing before I do it.

Your first visit is mostly a conversation. I'll go through your health history, what's bothering you, and what you want to get back to doing. Then I'll do a physical exam, checking your posture, range of motion, and doing some tests. From there, I'll walk you through what I'm seeing and recommend a plan. You will receive your first adjustment or soft tissue work the same day, depending on whether further imaging is medically necessary. Plan for about an hour.

Your first visit is $150, which includes the full exam, consultation, and your first treatment. Follow-up visits depend on your treatment plan. I keep pricing transparent. You do not need a referral to see me. You can book directly. I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Medicare Part B. I do bill other major insurance companies as an out-of-network provider. I also provide cash-pay plans. If you're not sure what your plan covers, please contact me.

Yes. When performed by a licensed chiropractor, adjustments are one of the safest, drug-free ways to treat back, neck, and joint pain. The most common side effect is temporary soreness. Serious complications are very rare. I'm a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic, and part of my job is screening to make sure adjusting is the right call for you. If it isn't, I'll tell you and point you in the right direction.

It depends on what's going on and how long it's been going on. An acute issue, something that flared up recently, often improves in a handful of visits. Longer-standing or chronic problems require more consistent care. After your exam, I'll give you an honest estimate and a clear plan.

Yes and yes! Payment is due on the day services are provided, and you're welcome to pay ahead if you'd prefer. You'll never be locked into a contract or pressured into treatment.
