Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO
We are an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans. Your covered chiropractic visits are billed directly to BCBS, and you're responsible only for your plan's copay, coinsurance, or deductible. Payment plans are available - I am happy to work with you.
Medicare
Medicare Part B covers chiropractic adjustments ONLY.
This is for all chiropractors who accept Medicare. Any other service, including soft tissue therapy, exams, and additional treatments, are not covered by Medicare and is billed as self-pay.

Out-of-Network & Other Insurance
If the office is not in-network with your insurance, claims can still be billed to your insurance, but you would be responsible for your OUT-OF-NETWORK balance. On request, a superbill can be provided, which is an itemized receipt you can submit to your insurance company to seek reimbursement directly, based on your out-of-network benefits.
